All of us live up to the saying that "no man is an island." It is very important to have your family, friends and relatives around you to further nourish the give of life. Being alone like no one to talk to, to eat with and to smile or cry with is somehow very frustrating though there are loners that are able to survive in the end. There are many areas or ways you can find people to mingle and live with such as in school, workplace, church and even through sports. There are sports that greatly promote camaraderie and at the same time, exercise the body to optimum level.
Basketball
This is one of the famous and exciting sports in the globe today. It is evidently a great way to exercise the body because of the drills and training that you have to undergo acquire improvements in speed, body coordination, eyesight and agility as well. In terms of relationship, every individual who engage in this activity gradually build trust and friendship that leads to deeper level of friendship.
Volleyball
This is also one of the fastest growing sports in the world today. In this activity or passion, individuals can greatly improve their body reflex, arm and leg strength. You can also develop team spirit among every member of the team because of the bond that will eventually lead to strong relations among members. What is very exciting with this passion is that you are able to celebrate every victory and reflect on every loss as a team.
Football
If you want to be fit and healthy and at the same time, gain new friends or acquaintances, you can engage or join a football clinic or football team as well. Here, you can improve your body's resistance or stamina against longer hours or tiring activity or game and at the same time, improve your cardiovascular capacity so you can withstand the pressure and difficulty of going back and forth in the field. You can gain friends with this sport because you will be able to meet new people almost every day or every week and get to bond with them and further develop a harmonious relationship with one another.
Water Polo
Do you like to swim or play in the water and at the same time gain friends? This is the perfect hobby for you. Since water polo is done in a swimming pool, you will obviously improve in terms of swimming skills as well as cardio-respiratory ability. You can also improve or strengthen your muscle in the arms and legs. And most important of all, you get to meet other players that will eventually be your teammates until you become good friends on or off the swimming pool.
It is really nice to know that you are not only having fun and exercising when you engage in different sports but also meet and gain new people that will be your good friends or teammate in the near future.
